The experience was always very good every time I stayed at the Ruili Grand Hotel. Very reasonable price, but the service was more than expected. I have to mention Miss Chen Meixue a manager at the front desk, after I said that I would leave Rui'an in a very late train, she didn't hesitate to provide a late check-out, thank you again! 每一次入住瑞立大酒店的体验都很不错，非常合理的价格，但是提供超乎期望的服务。不得不提的是前台的一位经理陈美雪小姐，在我表达了自己会赶一班很晚的列车离开瑞安时，她毫不犹豫地提供了延迟退房，再次感谢！
