Howard Johnson Yiding Plaza Taizhou

I stayed in this hotel in 2013 for 8 nights and our room was great and the staff were great but I have to admit that the room was a little unclean. Myself and my family returned to Taizhou in October this year (2015) and after a brief closure, new owner and a refurbishment I have to say that there has been a massive improvement. We stayed for a total of 10 nights to visit friends and family and the room we had was fantastic, 2 good sized beds, good Wi-Fi and hardwired internet access,the room was spotless and possibly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in whist in China. We were delivered fresh fruit, water, toiletries, towels, water and milk everyday. There were English speaking members of staff when we needed them and they were always polite and courteous. My favourite thing is the name, it's very easy to say to a taxi driver and they all know it so I never had any problems with getting home after a night out. It's also in a great location very close to the district center with plenty of shops and restaurants close by and only a short taxi journey from my local pub there ''Luckys Pub'' We will definatley be staying there again next year. Massive thumbs up from myself and my family.
