2 reviewsWe stayed one week. Room was spacious and clean but there was a bit smell of cigarette. Front desk staffs were friendly though they did not speak English, so it was hard to ask or inquire anything. Our flight was 12:05AM so we checked out around 12PM and left our luggage at the Front Desk until early in the evening. Staffs were helpful to keep our luggage and later put them in taxi. However since I did not secure the two gift box sets in a gift bag, that later on, at the airport I found out that two expensive Hangzhou green tea boxes were stolen from one of the gift box sets.
