Looks like a very new hotel and lots of attention has gone to the design of it. All details have been taken into account, incl the cups in the room, the clothes of the staff etc. I liked it, looked very professional. Room was nice, big and clean. Shower and toilet were separate which I enjoy but you don't see very often in China. Walls are a little thin so one night we could here our neighbours quite well... No wifi but byo computer and you can hook in to decent internet. No breakfast is served though there is an adjecent restaurant but that only opens late afternoon, looked good but did not try it. Lots of cheap and good eateries in the neighbourhood. Only downside is that it is 20-30 min busride from the towncentre, not a major problem but if it would have been a little closer this would have been the perfect place to stay while in Hangzhou
