Fenghuang Yuhe Xiaoju Inn

Nice place, clean, for a good price. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building really close to the beautiful places in the city, and even not too far from the bus station to go to others city (can be done by walking). The woman came in the street to meet us as the flat itself is not easy to find. There's room with no window and you have to add fee for heating system. You might hear car horns but still quite quiet. As it is in China, dont expect western standards : the bathroom is small with squat toilets, and hard bunk beds. I recommend this place for small budget !
