Its not a 5 star hotel by western standards, and even calling it 4 star is a stretch. But its a solid 3 star, and good value. I stay in a deluxe sea view room and its well appointed. For me its a convenient location just over the Xing Lin bridge, close to the places I need to visit. Much easier than being on Xiamen island if you are working or visiting out this way. One (possible) downside is the restaurant is in a separate building, and they typically don't offer room service. So you do have to get out and walk around a bit. But as a regular guest, they go out of their way to accommodate me and do offer delivery to my room if I go to the restaurant and order in person. The breakfast is not deluxe, but there are some western foods, and plenty of Chinese style food. Very nice health club, swimming pool, basketball and tennis court, a KTV and a massage place. Not much else around this area for restaurants or other western comforts, but I have come to enjoy the place and can recommend it for anyone ding business in the area.
