The staff at the front desk spoke very good English and delivered amazing customer service. They helped me adjust a reservation for a future stay, despite the fact that I could have done the changes online, but they went out of the way to help me. When I asked for help finding a restaurant close by, they walked out to the street with me and pointed out exactly where to go. In the morning, when I checked out, the concierge helped confirm that I had entered the correct address for my destination and ensured that the driver was clear about where to go. He also pointed out that the weather is cold and I should wear a jacket. Fantastic service with a smile – great job guys! This is not even an isolated incident! They've done a great job every time I stayed at the property. The room was large, clean, and quiet, with a great view of the Tianjin Tower. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet with Chinese and Western options. Probably best to describe it as international as I am sure there are Japanese and Korean options available. Strongly recommend this property for your stay in Tianjin, and I will definitely return
