This was my third stay at the Futian Sheraton, and once again, I was impressed! The location is truly unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The service is attentive, with prompt responses to emails, which I greatly appreciate. My arrival experience was fast and smooth, setting a positive tone for my stay. While the room is a bit dated, it is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hot water and water pressure were excellent, and I found the bed and foam pillows extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. One area for improvement would be the food selection in the executive lounge; while the service there is commendable, I would love to see more choices. A special thank you to Berry for the wonderful service and the handwritten birthday card—it was a lovely touch! Breakfast in the café offers a wide range of food options, which I found quite nice. Overall, I enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I'm in the Futian district. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old and could benefit from some renovations. Despite their best efforts to maintain it, you can still see the signs of its history. I look forward to my next visit!
