This was my first time staying at a Doubletree by Hilton hotel. It’s about 10 mins drive away from UniMall 壹方天地, an ultra-big shopping mall. The first impression of the hotel was nice, with a big Starbucks Reserve on ground floor. The front desk officers well all kind, helpful and sincere. Being upgraded to an Executive Floor room, the room itself was rather big with all the necessary amenities. Shampoo and shower gel brand was Crabtree and Evelyn. The buffet breakfast was not bad with a wide variety of food choices. There was an outdoor swimming pool on 4/F but I did not have time to use it. It’s good to note that the hotel did have a kid play zone adjacent to the buffet restaurant on 2/F. All in all, if going to Longhua again next time, Doubletree by Hilton Shenzhen Longhua would still be a good option for me with kids.
