Hengang Hotel

This hotel wasn't our first choice. The hotel we wanted to stay was fully booked. So went round to look for a hotel and ended up here, as it was quite late when was raining heavily. The hotel offered to take up a membership by paying a fixed amount for a 3 nights stay. The amount paid is enough to cover some of the incidentals too. After spending some time on negotiating the price, we manage to check in to the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly. The room we manage to get were quite spacious. The outlook of the hotel and their rooms were rather Chinese style. However the facilities were quite good for the standard. Wifi connection in the room isn't that good. Never manage to use it. As for breakfast, the selection is good. The hotel has a restaurant on the third floor, but seems to be managed by a different group. Although located along the highway, not the express highway, there are some shops close by. However, it may take some time to get to the nearest mall, as there is no taxi service. So, have to rely on TT, a similar service of UBER.
