39 reviewsHonestly, I didn't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel. I stayed here for a few days and all I could say is the hotel was all good to me. Staffs from the bellboy, reception desk are very polite and they really made me feel very welcome there. Reception desk staff was not too fussy and she accomodated my request nicely! As for the room, it was not the best but it was not the worst one! I'm being super honest here. It was a good decent room to spend a few days for your business trip! Plus you can see a litttttttle tiny view of Oriental Pearl Tower, IFC and the other tall building from your room! Showers and toilet amenities are very clean every day and everything works just fine! This hotel might be around for a while already but I have to admit it was a very decent hotel! I'm giving 5 stars for this one.
