Hope Hotel

The hotel location is very good, close to subway station and many very good and inexpensive restaurants nearby (if you like to eat real Chinese foods). The room we stayed are good, but some improvement do noticed, for example, show head needs to change, show door is leaking, etc. The big issue we had was billing, when we booked through TripAdvisor, they already charged the first night through (Elong Travel Beijing). By the time we arrived the hotel, they required to pay the whole stay (including the first night that already charged) in cash during the check-in process. As for the first night that already charged, they claimed it will return through the original channel. So, we assume that Elong Travel Beijing (or TripAdvisor) will refund the first night, but we are still waiting. The hotel do accept credit card issued from China, but not credit card from the U.S., so, be prepare to bring enough Chinese cash before check-in the hotel.
