I stayed here for about three days and I liked the hotel very much. The place has very good location (easy to find), near The Bund area just by walking. Ambience is nice. It has great food, what I like here is that even tho it is a chinese hotel it offers different kind of food, so you can enjoy food if your not much into Chinese type, and have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is helpful, don't speak much English but they make the effort and that's nice. Rooms are clean and good space. Bed and pillows are not that comfortable but it's okay you can manage. WiFi signal in the rooms is on and off, at least on the one I stayed was like that. But overall it was a good experience, I would stay here again! :)
