whenever I travel to Shanghai I look for budget hotels near my places of assignment. Last W/E I was near "Found158" and the JITAI was the next affordable hotel. JITAI did not get very good ratings, so I arrived with mixed feelings. The room was clean and all the appliances were functioning. A big minus is the "central A/C" to which my room 257 was connected. It was blowing air but it was not cold. Luckily the night was cold and rainy. Another problem was the absence of a real window. My "window" was connected to a ventilation duct. There was no CGTN channel on TV. Anyway, I will lodge there again once in case I get more assignments in this area
