This is my Second review of this Very Special Hotel. I returned in November 2014 for another business trip, for a month. I can honestly say that everything was as I had left it in the October. Staff that are pleasant, and Managers were always there to make sure things ran smoothly. On several occasions I had a few problems with travel arrangements or the language barrier as regards work, but due to the diversity and professionalism of the staff, they were able to help out very quickly. The Hotel itself should take huge pride from the employees it has, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone, no matter where you are from. Too many staff and Managers to mention by name, but they all work so hard which contributes to the smooth running of the hotel. Should I ever get the chance to back to Shanghai... This is where I would stay !
