There were 7 ladies staying in May 2025. We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel is so close to everything it’s amazing. The staff are outstanding from the concierge to the service phone line. we chose to use the executive lounge which was really good with fantastic food. The staff really put in so much effort remembering what coffee we liked and table etc. English is thier second language and we had no problems communicating with them all. I have tried other hotels in Shanghai and nothing measures up to the Westin Bund Centre. Totally recommend!!!!! Walking distance to Nanjing Rd, The Bund and Yu Gardens
