The location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a large family room there are good amount of space for a family of 4. The hotel check-in and other services are excellent and helpful. The facilities are modern and new. We also enjoyed a large selection of buffet breakfast. The friendly staff are dedicated. We also used a self-laundry service which we found it super handy. We found the hotel to be clean. Our room is facing the Shanghai train station. There were some noises but the hotel offers ear plugs. We overall enjoy the room. There aren’t much storage place for hanging clothes, putting things in any draws and hanging towels. There aren’t much privacy for a growing family. We also found some hair from previous guests in the bathroom which could use a good vacuum. We would stay again and wound highly recommend this hotel.
