72 reviewsThe hotel’s location is excellent, only a few hundred yards from the main high street, meaning you have access to all public transport and shops. Room was very clean, and for the money we spent we were very pleased with our room. If you are looking for a budget hotel and a base to stay whilst in Shanghai, I would recommend staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was a language barrier as many of the staff could not speak English, google translate was a useful tool. Breakfast was basic, traditional Chinese breakfast with dumplings, egg fried rice, noodles, vegetables, sausages and boiled eggs. Those that prefer a coffee for breakfast, then the location of the hotel means only a short walk to a coffee house. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, especially for the money spent on the room and in comparison to other local hotels.
