My wife and I stayed here with another couple in october 2019. Due to renovations the restaurant was not available. We found the room to be comfortable and cleaned. Staff were not able to communicate in english so my wife spoke chinese with them. I found them to try to be helpful bur a bit disorganized. I was not able to communicate with them using a translator app on the smartphone. If english communication is important to you then please discount my rating accordingly. There are many nearby restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner, we used several of them without complaint. I'm not sure I trust the neighborhood after dark and do not recommend it for families or individual travelers for that reason. I was approached by a woman apparently soliciting for prostitution in the early evening one night, but saw no other potential threats during my stay.
