What an excellent place to end my 17 days trip around China! Sleeping in an old canal house right in the old town of Zhujiajiao. House is lovely decorated, full of character, with verandas overlooking the canal. I was upgraded at no extra cost to a nicer room as I was the only guest. Great bed, great shower, clean and warm room with working wifi. Hosts were superfriendly and had a nice chat with Amy who also played for me an old song on a traditional Chinese instrument. Local attractions in Zhujiajiao are at a doorstep, plus many shops and places to eat. If only I had more days to stay at this wonderful place!
