Nice comfortable family room. Good service. Helpful at desk who even organised a man to take our luggage to the bus on his rickshaw at 5am. The hotel is right next door to the railway station so a station porter can take your luggage to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the bus (No.5) that takes you to Pudong airport. Don't take the taxis that wait outside the hotel. Instead go back to the station entrabce area and follow the signes to the taxis who will not ripp you off. We can certainly recommend this hotel.
