The Green line metro, one of the main lines, runs under Honqiao Airport. The airport has many restaurants and shops like a mall and a Starbucks right outside the lobby entrance which is open 24/7. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and uncrowded. The staff was very attentive and no problems with communication. I had a drive pick me up and the staff did more than they needed to, to ensure that that my pickup would be easy and with no waiting or effort on my part. Shanghai itself had a serious smog problem while I was there, so this location was perfect as we had the hotel, mall, and metro access without having to go outside.
