☘️🌈This was our first trip to Shanghai, and we chose to stay at Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai. We arrived early in the morning (around 9:00 AM) and noticed that there was some renovation work happening in front of the hotel. When we went to check in, a female staff member (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) informed us that we had arrived before the standard check-in time. However, she kindly offered us early check-in with a small additional fee, which we were happy to pay. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed in a family room for four people, and it had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located close to Metro Line 7, and there are 24-hour convenience stores, Starbucks, Hey Tea, and even a shopping mall right next to the hotel — extremely convenient! The housekeeping was neat and thorough. Although there were some minor communication challenges, all the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Vicky, who assisted us in arranging a late check-out until 2:00 PM at no extra cost since our flight was scheduled in the evening. We truly appreciated the warm and thoughtful service, and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future. 🤍🌈
