Stayed 5 nights and some of the outer rooms have a sewer smell but the inner rooms had no way to open the windows and its china and the AC doesn't really kick on until June. That being said the staff was super nice and spoke good English if you need it. I asked to change rooms and they let me look at 4 different rooms on my own so I was able to move to a room with fresh air that didn't stink and was quiet and much bigger. Despite the smells it was a lot easier to deal with than the 6 other hotels I stayed at while in china.
