Enrichee Gloria Plaza Hotel Qingdao

I have stayed here for weeks at a time and have also been at other hotels in the area over the past 12 years. I like this one the best. Many of the beds in China are like rocks. These are perfect so Westerners will appreciate the good night's sleep. Ample and comfortable pillows round out the beds. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Other reports about the breakfast being just ok are accurate. Not perfect for Westerners. There is good coffee, toast with jams and a wide assortment of Chinese offerings. Fruit and juices are your fall-backs. The hotel is practically walking distance to the Four Points Sheraton which has a spectacular buffet for all meals. I recommend that hotel highly as well but you can swing a better deal here particularly if you get a corporate rate from many of the businesses in town.
