Holiday Inn Express Ordos Dongshen by IHG

Had a really wonderful one night stay ! We arrived late (8.20pm) and needed dinner . Despite the kitchen closing at 9pm, the one single Chef was able to quickly cook a delicious meal for us. We had rice with a few dishes like egg plant, tomato & egg clear soup, fried potato slices with tomatoes, green vegetables. It was tasty and quantity was good for our group of 10. The rooms were a comfortable size with a very comfortable queen sized bed. The bathroom was also a nice size unlike some other Holiday Inn express that I have been. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good . It has hot dishes like fried rice, noodles, sausages, vegetables, noodle soup. And continental breakfast items like toast, over-easy eggs, boiled egg, breakfast cereal. salad, danish, and fruit. Not forgetting tea, coffee, juice. The lady who came to clear our plates from the table was very polite and friendly. I discovered a billiard room and a fitness centre in the basement. Unsure if I could get some balls from reception to play billiards. The fitness centre unfortunately was completely empty. No fitness equipment at all. Perhaps next time .... ? There is a laundry room with one washer and one dryer. Happy that I managed to get some laundry done! Thank you to the staff at Holiday Inn Express! Highly recommend to all my friends !
