Wuyishan City Chun Hui Traders Hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. What makes this hotel stand out is how friendly and helpful the owner and family are. He speaks great English and he is a very welcoming and genuine man who went out of his way to make our trip to Wuyishan a great one. Not only did he help us make a detailed plan for visiting the park (3 days is perfect by the way), he even took us to the North Entrance on the first day. Location-wise it's very close to the airport, North Park Entrance and not too far from Wuyishan North train station. Restaurants serving nice, simple Fujian food are 5 minutes walk away, or if you fancy something different you can get the bus to the town centre in about 20 minutes. East train station is quite far away, but there's a shuttle bus you can take, or a taxi costs around 100RMB. I see some people have criticised the décor slightly but the hotel has been renovated recently so our room was modern and spotless, the shower was amazing! All in all, an amazing experience and great value for money!
