Searching trains, timetables, giving you tiny papers for going to the local touristic places like Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple. Also, they are really kind. It makes your visit easier and pleasant. So, for a foreigner I think this is an amazing option in the city for staying your nights. There are some local chinese street food and a big supermarket near there, just a 10-15 minutes walking depending on your pace. Try it! It was delicious and cheap ($1). The bathroom and the room are very clean. The lounge is good for using the wifi with a better connection.
