I could really go on about how awesome this place is. They totally saved our butts when we showed up in Lijiang without cash (I know, I know...) and couldn't get a ride from the airport. Not only did the receptionist show up WITH THE CAB late at night to take us to an ATM, he was incredibly gracious and efficient. The next day, the owner invited us to have dinner with him and the staff, which consisted of really fantastic home cooked Chinese food. Overall, they managed to go above and beyond with the service without being overbearing. I left feeling like I had made some genuine connections. The amenities are simple, clean, and there is fast internet.
