7 reviewsAmong the three Blossom Hill Inns that we stayed in Lijiang, Shangrila & Shuhe during our recent trip, this is the most impressive one in terms of its property size and service. The hotel is an authentic courtyard style of quadrangles property (Siheyuan in Chinese). The open area in the middle of the property made a good venue for outdoor dining. We enjoyed the Christmas Eve barbecue & steamboat dinner organised by the hotel at a rate of RMB 120 per person. Room is spacious, clean and well-equipped. There is a self-helped kitchen where you can buy some ingredients from the local market and cook your own meal. This has added an interesting activity into the itinerary of our trip. Location of the hotel is convenient within the Shuhe Four-Square Street where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Comparing to Lijiang Ancient Town, Shuhe is a better choice as there are less people where life is at slower pace.
