Cheap S$20 per pax with breakfast. Non aircon Rooms are clean and stock w all basic necessities. Only think lack of sufficient fans when weather is hot. Check in outside the apartment as building is shared by various entities. Hotel is near train station and along the Beijing road. But shops and eateries around are not so exciting. Got to take train to go other places. Otherwise enjoyable stay.
