Small tiny closet like room, typical like anywhere in HK. It is the best valve for 23usd. It is located at the Sincere House, 83 Argyle Street, not at " Block D Chungking Mansion " The Sincere House has mostly HK Chinese; the Chungking Mansion has mostly non-Chinese, south East Asians.
