This is a nice, cozy place for those who are looking for a moment's peace between the tight deadlines of traveling. The overall renovation style is Chinese and there are interesting details such as those right-angle patterns on the walls. The staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. The person who runs this place is local so he accumulated very useful tips for those whose next stop is the Yellow Mountain. He has a hand-crafted map of Yellow Mountain which is of great help when navigating the mountain path. Be sure to ask for a copy. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is inside a historical tourist area so the car park is not within immediate access, however, the front desk staff is very sweet and of great help about parking. And, there is a friendly cat that's been with the manager for seven years as of today. There's another black kitty whose name happens to be 'little white'.
