well it looks like more of a guest house than a hotel. they are friendly and always greet you and accommodate you. me and my husband stayed here for two nights, and we dont have any bad experience with the staff. the room is enough for the price. but this is bigger compare to a normal guest house. the room is much spacious and also much quiet surroundings. much better view and not too busy street like the Tsim Sha Tsui. we recommend this way better than the busy street of Tsim Sha Tsui. this one is in Mongkok station, also near to some flea market like the ladies market, it is the same as the jade market of nathan road.if you are looking to a much quiet and not too busy place to stay we recommend this. lot of shops also and guess what my husband bought a pair of branded shoes here in discounted price. so maybe you give a shot also.
