Sent a last minute request to hotel through facebook message for their kind consideration of refund due to the special situation of HK. Within an hour, the refund was approved and confirmed by trip.com Really appreciate hotel's flexibility in offering help to hotel guests in such quick manner. No further details are requested except for the booking number. Highly recommend of the hotel to anyone!!
