10 reviewsThis marks my second extended stay at the V Causeway Bay, and I've found the accommodation comfortable and the location exceptionally convenient. I am particularly impressed with the front desk staff, especially Ms. Fong, who not only recognized me from my previous visit but also assisted me with four large suitcases. Her ability to recall guests' names and floor numɓer is remarkable. On one occasion, she graciously helped me carry bottled water to my room, preventing a potential back injury. I am grateful for her assistance. Another front desk staff Fung is also extra helpful with my chechout and helped me with my 4 large suitcases. In booking my stay this year, leasing manager Mr. Peter Tang has been most helpful and extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. I plan two additional stays (one exteneded) this year and anticipate a similarly positive experience. The overall friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and hotel staff create a welcoming and home-like atmosphere for my family and me.
