Next to the playing court in a narrow alley is a laundry, 40 meters east is an excellent place to get take away food, at 172 Hennessy Road 3rd floor only a thai massage place, real, and one block west there’s a supermarket down stairs. Pleat of buses, the tram and Wan Chai railway is close, and the Queen Victoria bar is on Lockhart drive 4 blocks west. Highly recommend and my room had a bath.
