Best location,nice and friendly staff,clean big rooms. I booked 4d3n t celebrate my bi6adt June 13.i always choose Parklane Hotel because its close to shopping centers like SOGO, TIME SQUARE,HYSAN PLACE,IKEA,WNDSOR OUSE,LUNG FUNG MALL,eateries,etc.wellcome supermarket and donki just a few steps away. As soon s we arrived at the hotel,we were greeted by HAPPY,the amazing doorman with a big smile. Upon approaching the check in counter, was assisted by MS.GRACE WU,assistant front office manager.i told her my birthday tom (June 13)and requested for a room upgrade and she granted my wish and even let us to have an early check in at around 1pm.I was so HAPPY by her nice gesture and I felt I made the right decision booking here. Te following day,when we arrived at my room after a day of shopping and eating,I was surprised to receive 3 birthday cards and a plateful of assorted pastries on the table. Thank You So Much Parklane Hotel ad to the Amazing Staff for making our vacations memorable one.will definitely coneback.
