Nothing to brag about. If you just need a place to rest at night and roam the city during the day this place is okey. We stayed in a family room with 2 big beds and we are 4 in the room. The room is so tiny that fits for 4 persons only. The bathroom were also small. But the best thing was the room and the bathroom were so clean. The only irritating is that on the ground floor are the business area, most of them are Indians selling in the area and the curry really stinks if you're not used to it, but every time we passed by we just ignore them. I suggest to bring extra extension sockets if you have many companion in the room because the room have limited sockets.

Simple and Cheap Guesthouse

Stayed here for 5 nights. If I could have stayed anywhere else I would have. 

Checked in and the man was pleasant enough. Although be prepared to be offered drugs to buy by shady men every single time you enter or leave the building, its tiring! 

The room is a disgrace. There's no other way to put it, no cistern on toilet, cockroach's daily, room hadn't been cleaned in what looks like weeks. Not convinced bedding was fresh. Stayed here for 5 nights and they didn't change the bedding, clean the room or provide a fresh towel in those 5 nights. At night the guys looking after the "guest house" sit in the hall and watch movies until late and its stupidly distracting while trying to sleep. 

I would never ever stay here again and I would strongly advise you do the same, there's a reason its cheap!! 

Avoid, avoid, avoid. 

Dont book this hostel, simple! Its a horrible place. Extreme Bad service, didnt got a key, Blankets etc and they are not present and when calling to them, You wait An hour. Small and no toilet paper. In place full of strange people and agressive ones. Despite it is 'cheap' for Hongkong, You Will regret it! No sleeping due to noise.

Booked this place despite the terrible reviews. Really wish I hadn't. Don't make my mistake! 
The directions from the airport were incomplete. I ended up lost in Hong Kong for about 2 hours trying to find the place based on the directions that were given to me.
Finally found the place and the door had a sign saying that I had to go to a different wing of the building for reception. Fine. So I go and nobody answers the door for ages. Eventually had a nearby guy pound on the door until someone opened. The guy just tells me to go to reception without much explanation. At that point, I was pretty angry and let him know that this runaround was no way to run a business.
He escorted me to yet another office, where the guy told me that Angel Guest House wasn't even his and he had a different Angel Guest House? Not entirely sure what was going on there.
Eventually gave up and went to the German Hostel, which is actually a pretty nice place compared to whatever was going on in Angel Guest House. Save yourself time, hassle, and money and just go to a more reputable guest house. 
I've been backpacking now for almost a year and this was the worst runaround I have ever experienced. Zero apologies or clarification.

The biggest runaround I've ever gotten in my life

Between getting harassed and hassled to no end as we walked to it by uber-agressive vendors of services I didn't want, taking the too small and crowded elevator to the United Co-op where we had booked, to be told there were no rooms, back down to another elevator for to get to the Angel in another building, the owner gives us twin beds, I ask for double, he tells me, "no, you are fine here" I say I'll decide what's fine, they give us a room with no windows, no ventilation, smells like mould and decay... Walked out without even asking for my money back, I didn't want to talk to them anymore.
