We booked for one night on the 32nd floor with bay views. It is an excellent location and great price. As other’s have commented Rosdale’s Hotel is ideally located for both business or pleasure. Bedding and pillow's luxurious, excellent house keeping. Kind and caring staff. Our go to when in HK...Highly Recommended. As mentioned, We booked a night on the 32nd floor with bay views. However, after a long day of travel, I jumped into tub/shower to wash it all off. That is when everything changed in a flash…my foot caught the shower curtain and I fell backwards into the 45% angle stone counter top and then crashed with all that weight onto the tub floor. In that very instant my back was on fire in screaming pain my wife came to my rescue and call the front desk. Duty manager Keith Kwan came to our rescue, called the ambulance as he saw I was in deep destress and stayed right with me till they arrived. He assessed the problem, too low hanging shower curtain, and ordered a shorting of our curtain within the same day, notified the property owner and executive staff same day. Fast forward 1 week in St. Paul’s Hospital-Trauma Wing (World class care & right down the block) and nearly 3 weeks in recovery at Rosedale, Keith, Carla, GM, Wait Staff and our wonderful maid service changed our linens daily, gave extra pillows to blankets, umbrella’s to aid my walk and balance. In short, they did all they could to assist in my recover. In all that time Keith’s checked in on us daily, visiting our room; concern about mine and my wife’s well being. As I started to recover and could get out of bed and walk again, he even invited us out to lunch and insisted on paying, saying “It is my honour and pleasure.” Rosedale with Keith leadership, is the standard of care many aim for yet, few in the hotel industry are able to achieve. To the entire Rosedale Staff at Causeway Bay, My wife and I are forever grateful. With warm regard, Steven L. Silva
