We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay last week during our shopping trip to Hong Kong, mainly to collect my suits and shirts from a renowned tailor nearby. What we loved most was the convenient location, close to major shopping areas and just a short walk to Fashion Walk. It made moving around the city so easy and stress-free. A big shoutout to Jenny Lam, the Front Office Manager, and Calvin Wong, the Guest Service Supervisor, for their warm hospitality. They were both very helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short city stay. That said, just a couple of points for improvement: • There’s still no toilet bidet, which we personally think should already be standard in most hotels these days. • The breakfast menu could use a bit of variety, maybe alternate every other day to give guests something new to enjoy. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d still consider coming back next time we’re in Hong Kong!
