We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at the Royal Park Hotel in Sha Tin from 8th to 15th July 2025. The purpose of our visit was to attend the 23rd AsiaTEFL International Conference held at the Education University of Hong Kong. The hotel offered us a concessionary rate, which included the added benefit of early check-in, making our arrival smooth and convenient. The location is highly convenient, with direct access to New Town Plaza, one of the largest shopping complexes in the area, nearby transport links, including the MTR, and connected to a mall for convenient shopping and dining. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities required for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is consistent and thorough, contributing to the hotel’s overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful, and professional. Lewis Li, Chief Concierge, and Mr Hassan are especially helpful. Every question or request we had was addressed promptly and with warmth. A highlight of our stay was my birthday celebration at the hotel’s Sakurada Japanese Restaurant, where the team surprised me with a special gesture—playing "Happy Birthday" and serving ice cream with a candle. This thoughtful touch made the occasion especially memorable. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend the Royal Park Hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. It offers great value, excellent service, and a very comfortable environment in a prime location.
