Jingu Hotel has an amazing location smack bang in the city’s main pedestrian thoroughfare - no more than a 10 minute walk from many of the sights you’d want to see while in Harbin. The hotel’s restaurants also serve really great and affordable food. Sadly I can only agree with previous reviews about the hotel’s air condition system - the entire hotel is hot, including the rooms, and the only thing you can do about it is crack the windows in your room. The front desk always seemed to have at least one staff member who could speak English on duty at all times.
