19 reviews- 1000+ scores out of 10 for the staffs. It is not that close for the lake but for one who want to enjoy the mountain and the tea area, this is the one. However, it take 15 min by the bus to Laiferng Pagoda ( take bus no 87 the opposite side of the hostel) - The yard is nice too, I bet in Summer it must be awesome just to have a cake and coffee and reading a nice book there. Tip for the day: From Baochao Pagoda after watching the view of the westlake, walk down and turn right. Buy very tasty mooncakes from a small Chinese bakery shop near a big cafe ( dont know the name, it is in Chinese) then take the bus No 7 to visit Botanical garden and Lingyin temple. Back to Hongcun bridge, take the bus ( same side as botanical garden) number 87 back to the hostel. The bus will go up to the mountain, pass Longjjng temple. The view is very nice.
