i stayed at this hotel for 10 days in november for my wedding and i can say i had NO problems with the hotel or the staff, i found them all to be very friendly and helpfull and there was ALLWAYS at least one person who could speak good english in the resaurant bars and reception. (i think my little chinese helped as i have found that if you try to speak the local language then they are more likely to try their englsh go there EXPECTING them to speak your language fails everytime. i am going back for new year and will stay in this hotel again.
