36 reviewsHighly recommended gorgeous boutique hotel tastefully decorated to the little detail. It is built in a traditional Chinese courtyard style. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities that one would expect from a good hotel. The breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western, and nicely served in the courtyard restaurant. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of Datong old town, and within 5 to 10 minute walking distance to all attractions in the old town. Various good restaurants are just a few meters away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always super attentive and quickly assisting us with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Yunzhong and the only regret was that we had to leave after our two nights there.
