The hotel is quite modern with a nice and clean look. We stayed in a "Room with view" = top floor with an amazing view over the river and the city. The breakfast was not included and not worth the rather steep price. The staff did not speak English but one girl understood us quite well even so. They helped us get a taxi which was really hard, it took 30 minutes but the staff were so friendly and that's why we put 4/5.
