As a budget hotel to simple business hotel, I didn't expect much from this property... but the staff members nailed it! They are super helpful. They don't speak English, but they are trying their best to use translators in order to help and be friendly! The hotel manager also, is the type of a person who will make sure that things are going smoothly. Great customer service from that simple place. The rooms are clean and this is one of the most important things to me... Location also is great as it's between two stations, which will make things easier in case you want to move to anywhere in Chongqing... overall, I would give 5 points for the location and cleanness and customer service :)
