Changsha Shuyuan International Youth Hostel

Really nice hostel, clean rooms and facilities. Decoration in the hostel is really nice, with ethnic prints and throws as well as Tin Tin pictures. The hostel has a homely feel with a common area as you walk in and cafe. Facilities are also available for washing clothes etc. To get to the hostel take No 1. bus from the bus station in front of the train station, it takes about 20 minutes on the bus to Xinhuayuan bus stop, then look directly across the road and you will see the hostel. It's about a five minute taxi ride to centre of town or bus ride again but taxi's are cheap. Make sure you check out Poxi street for some fab street food, and about two streets down from here are all the bars tucked away down the corner, enjoy!
