Beihai Trainig Center Hotel

We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions during a visit to the area, it was a last minute booking at a very good discount as it was out of season. Although the hotel is mainly used for training courses spare rooms are available to the public. Our room was a typical business room, quite large, the Chinese beds were on the hard side but this is the norm. The booking included breakfast, there was a large choice of dishes so although not western style we always found something tasty to eat. The reception staff speak little English but probably don't get many non-Chinese visitors. The hotel is directly on a very large sandy beach and just a short walk along the shore to several small restaurants serving excellent freshly cooked seafood.
